Convenience in every order

Our store is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday are closed.

Orders are shipped upon readiness on the day of the order or within 3 business days. Delivery of goods is carried out by transport companies Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta, according to their tariffs. After ordering, you will be sent information about payment on Viber, to the phone number you specified in the order.

You can pay for your order to your Privatbank account or by postpayment. Parcels are sent by postpayment upon making a prepayment of UAH 500, the remaining amount is paid upon receipt. This prepayment will be used for the services of the transport company if the buyer does not receive the goods within 7 days after arrival at the branch.

 

Be sure to inspect the shipment upon receipt. If the integrity of the package is broken - write a claim for the return of insurance on the spot at the Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta branch, since all shipments are insured for their real value. If you do not do this, we are not responsible for the insurance you did not receive or damage to the shipment.

We do not accept claims for broken or damaged packages unless you have inspected them at the transport company's office and there is no cargo inspection report for insurance in the presence of a company employee. We are not responsible for the quality of transportation.
